would have stayed for longer
The location was spot on, really close to the town center. The double room was nice and warm with a comfy bed. It had a great shower, a hairdryer, and even free toiletries. Plus, there was an electric kettle with tea and coffee options. Definitely a cozy spot to crash after a busy day.

Perfect spot for a quick stay
We stayed here for a night and loved the huge triple room! Super comfy beds made it easy to crash after a long day. It's just a few minutes walk to the city center, which was awesome. The only thing was that the WiFi could've been better. Had a great time overall. The kitchen served nice breakfast too.

The room was cozy and spotless, perfect for a quiet night’s sleep. It felt like a warm hug after a long day! Plus, such a nice environment to unwind in.
My only quibble? The bathroom was so tiny, I felt like it was giving me a hug too! A bit more space would’ve been nice.

Comfortable stay with a lovely breakfast experience
I had a comfortable stay in a small but warm and quiet single room. The furnishings were charming, and I appreciated being close to the center, making it easy to explore Grantham. The highlight was definitely the breakfast at the nearby Angel & Royal Hotel, which was an unexpected treat. Staff accommodated me very well despite a minor mix-up upon arrival.

It was just a perfect match for a break on a long journey in Grantham with best value. The shower had a mind of its own, occasionally adding a short burst of icy water just for the fun of it. Make sure to figure out the bathroom light controls beforehand.

Had a good time during my short stay, especially enjoying the comfy duvet and pillows that made it hard to get out of bed! The garden area is perfect for unwinding, with cozy lounge chairs and a lovely view. Just a heads up, the room was a bit cramped for moving around, but overall, it was a nice spot to crash. 😊

The bathroom boasted a dated vibe, which may not suit everyone's taste, especially with its bizarre disabled toilet setup. Location may get chilly, particularly in winter, with potential dampness creeping in. Odd quirks like the shower that unpredictably blares icy water could be seen as a detective challenge, and the misleading info regarding breakfast availability could leave you hungry in the morning. Limited tea and coffee supplies felt a bit stingy, especially for a longer stay.

Solo travelers deserve this gem
The staff were super friendly and quickly sorted out my room situation even though they weren't expecting me. I had breakfast at the nearby hotel, which was a nice touch considering it was just me that night.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
